Pelgrim Featured in the Latest Issue of Seniors Housing Business Magazine
In the Dec./Jan. issue of Seniors Housing Business, CEO Don Pelgrim provided insights into the capital markets as a follow up to a panel discussion at the recent Interface Seniors Housing Northeast Conference in Philadelphia on Dec. 2, 2021.
On page 10, he discusses the ways in which underwriting has changed since the onset of the pandemic.
The article states, “Pelgrim of Wilshire Finance Partners, which primarily provides bridge loans to regional owners and operators of independent living and assisted living facilities nationwide, said his firm is scrutinizing loan-to-value ratios and structure a lot more than in the past.”
