Sales Development Representative / Telemarketing
Wilshire Finance Partners is a balance sheet lender specializing in small balance apartment and commercial real estate bridge loans in the Western U.S., Texas, Illinois and Florida.
Wilshire seeks experienced telemarketing sales professionals with a desire to succeed to join our team. Minimum of 2 years of proven telephone sales prospecting experience – experience selling mortgages or other financial products highly desired.
As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities include: starting the sales process through introductory calls/cold calling, managing prospect lists, and generating qualified leads for senior loan officers.
This is an opportunity for someone to fine-tune their sales skills and obtain the knowledge and training to become a commercial mortgage banker.
- Making 60-80 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline.
- Present Wilshire’s value proposition to commercial real estate decision-makers to generate interest in using our loan programs.
- Contribute to all functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals.
Professional Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 years of telephone sales experience (some mortgage experience highly desired)
- Desire to work hard and learn the commercial real estate lending business
- College Degree
- Outgoing, personable, professional, career minded
- Base salary ($2,500 to $3,000 depending on experience)
