Sales Development Representative

The Position

As a Sales Development Representative you will play a fundamental role in achieving our sales and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Paired with experienced sales personnel and senior executives you will:

  • Source new sales opportunities through in-bound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand prospect needs and requirements
  • Qualify prospects for further development and closing
  • Set appointments and presentations
  • Perform effective webinars and on-line presentations
  • Follow-up and manage prospects
  • Conduct sales research and prospect targeting; including, identifying companies and key players
  • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate sales executives for further development and closing
  • Close sales and achieve quotas
  • Track opportunities and relationship in our CRM system


About You

  • 3 years of proven inside sales experience
  • 2 years of multifamily or commercial real estate experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
  • Aggressive, high achiever, honest, persistent, team player and hard working
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • California Real Estate Salesperson’s License


The Rewards:

  • Base salary ($40,000 to $45,000)
