Shane Patel has over six years experience in real estate, finance and loan processing. Shane’s experience includes owning and operating his own self-started mortgage & real estate brokerage firm. During this time, Shane has worked with representatives from over 80 national lenders to process consumer & commercial loans, understand underwriting guidelines, worked with loss mitigation departments to negotiate short sale payoffs and loan restructuring. Shane understands all loans ranging from conventional, jumbo, FHA, 203k, and Fannie Mae.
Shane also has helped several asset managers and investors to manage and liquidate REO properties. He understands the intricacies of managing and processing both simple and complex real estate escrows and complying with all state & federal guidelines.
Shane is certified with the National Association of Realtors.
