Lee O’Donnell’s has a combining 26 years experience in commercial real estate lending, underwriting, including investment acquisitions and dispositions. Lee’s real estate career started in 1983 working as a syndication acquisition specialist for Multifamily projects in Southern California. Lee was responsible for the acquisition and disposition analysis for their turn-around properties. In 1987, Mr. O’Donnell worked as a loan officer for Coast Savings & Loan and for the past 18 years has assisted numerous Banks, Mortgage Reits and Mortgage Bankers as a Senior Loan officer and underwriting specialist.
Lee is the Senior Underwriter for Wilshire Finance Partners and co-creator of the WebVest real estate software platform used to analyze and evaluate:
